- large view from the both sides of my room (third and highest floor) - comfortable bed - very clean room and sheets - well designed room (seems to be recently reformed, with good taste) - very quiet because excellent location - natural fresh air at the third floor : no need AC to sleep at the third floor (end of September- beginning of October), however there is a very efficient, modern and super quiet AC in the room.

We stayed here for 5 nights over the Khmer New Year (Kompot is a great place to be for the Khmer New Year) It's a family run business and they are all super friendly and helpful. Sorted out a motor bike rental for us. The location is great, everything is in walking distance. The bedroom was a nice size, had a fridge, good air con, very nice bathroom with good showers and the bed was very comfortable.

Clem

Had a lovely two night stay! The room was clean and spacious and came with a kettle. You get two complementary waters. The WiFi was good although we did stay on the 2nd floor. Hired a scooter for a day for 5$. Has hot water although we didn't use it. Would definitely recommend.

Great location close to a lot of fun & tasty spots. We did a lot of walking from here. Clean and beautiful room with a good amount of shelf/table/vanity space and good light. Woke up to the sounds of birds singing! Comfortable bed, good AC. Late check-out of 12.

This is a great little guest house that is ideally located, with friendly and helpful staff, great facilities, and for a pretty decent price. I'd definitely stay here again!
